Time Warp will make its Los Angeles debut across two days and three stages at Ace*Mission Studios, with Richie Hawtin, The Martinez Brothers, Ben Klock and Loco Dice heading an extensive house and techno lineup.
Time Warp has announced the complete artist lineup for its first Los Angeles edition, scheduled for Friday, November 27 and Saturday, November 28, 2026. The event brings the German techno institution together with Insomniac for two days inside the Ace Warehouses at Ace*Mission Studios, an area of the property that has never hosted an electronic music event.
That venue decision gives the Los Angeles edition a defined identity before the doors open.
Time Warp has operated since 1994 and now presents events in Mannheim, New York, São Paulo and Madrid, yet its production has always depended heavily on the dimensions and character of each room. Using previously inactive warehouses gives the team an opportunity to develop its floor layouts specifically for this debut instead of adapting a conventional Los Angeles club or festival site.
Over 30 artists will perform across the weekend, including The Martinez Brothers, Richie Hawtin, Ben Klock, Loco Dice, Tiga, Ahmed Spins, Chlär, DESIREE, HAAi, East End Dubs, Luuk Van Dijk, Rødhåd and ØTTA. Presale access opens Friday, September 18 at 11 a.m. PT, followed by the general ticket sale at noon PT via Front Gate Tickets.
Time Warp Los Angeles Leans Into Collaborative Sets
The lineup covers established techno figures, current hard-dance names, house selectors and artists connected to the Southern California underground. Its clearest programming idea, however, appears in the number of back-to-back performances booked specifically for this edition.
Blawan and Elli Acula will play together in the United States for the first time, while Gerd Janson and Julya Karma will present their first shared set anywhere. The remaining pairings include D.Dan with Freddy K, Dennis Ferrer with Skream, Heidi Lawden with Masha Mar, Quest with Ryan Elliott, and SPFDJ with TOCCORORO. Juliana Huxtable will also perform alongside an artist who has yet to be named.
These combinations give the lineup something beyond a collection of recognizable names. Dennis Ferrer and Skream have an established history under their Local Heroes project, while several other pairings connect DJs whose catalogs share certain club references without following identical approaches. Gerd Janson and Julya Karma are a particularly interesting booking because neither artist needs a joint set to attract attention, so their pairing can be treated as its own piece of programming rather than a shortened version of two separate appearances.
The format also fits Time Warp’s history. Extended sets, carefully selected pairings and room-specific programming have helped distinguish the festival from large outdoor events where artists are frequently booked into short, fixed slots. Set times have not been announced, so it remains unclear how much room each collaboration will receive across the two-day schedule.
Los Angeles Artists Receive Dedicated Space
Time Warp Los Angeles also includes a focused group of California-based artists. Colored Craig, fun2bjane, John Bryars and ØNYX will represent parts of the regional house and techno community alongside the international bookings.
Their inclusion is especially relevant for a debut edition entering a city with its own established warehouse network. Los Angeles does not need an imported festival to introduce local audiences to underground electronic music, and Time Warp appears aware of that history. Booking artists who already work within the city gives the event a closer relationship with the community it is entering.
The venue could deepen that connection. Ace*Mission Studios provides an industrial setting rather than a standard festival field, placing the event closer to the warehouse environments associated with much of Los Angeles techno culture. Time Warp will still bring large-scale lighting, sound and floor production, though the physical character of the property should remain central to how the weekend feels.

Time Warp’s Los Angeles debut will ultimately be defined by how the organizers use the Ace Warehouses. The lineup supplies enough range to serve three distinct stages, while the collaborative sets give the weekend several performances unavailable elsewhere. The unresolved question concerns the rooms themselves, since this is the first time audiences will see how the unused section of Ace*Mission Studios operates as a large electronic music venue.

When not running these labels or producing his own music, Vance is likely writing for other top industry sites like Waves or the Hyperbits Masterclass or working on his upcoming book on mindfulness in music production. On the rare chance he's not thinking about music production, he's probably running a game of Dungeons and Dragons with his friends which he has been the dungeon master for for many years.
