Urmet K and SANDHAUS have released “My Saviour,” a melodic house and techno single built around vulnerability, hope, and the kind of human connection that pulls someone back when they are lost, tired, or looking for direction.

The track is out today on June 12 on SANDHAUS Records and pairs Urmet K’s polished melodic club production with a vocal from SANDHAUS that gives the record its emotional center. The core idea is simple enough, but it is also the reason the track connects: sometimes the thing that gets you through a difficult moment is not a solution, a plan, or some huge revelation, but another person who refuses to let go.

That is a very easy idea to overdo in dance music, especially when a vocal is this direct, but “My Saviour” keeps its focus on atmosphere and movement. The drums keep the track grounded, the synth work gives it that cinematic lift, and the vocal sits in the middle of the arrangement without turning the record into a ballad. It is still club music, but it is written from a more exposed emotional place.

A Melodic Club Record With A Human Center

“My Saviour” leans into the darker, more dramatic side of melodic house and techno, with driving rhythms, wide synth textures, and a vocal that carries most of the emotional weight. The production does not feel rushed, which helps the track build naturally around the vocal rather than treating it like a hook pasted on top of a club arrangement.

Urmet K has been a fixture in London’s underground circuit for years, with releases across labels including Nervous, Nurvous, King Street Sounds, Sonar Kollektiv, Spirit Soul Records, Pole Position, Kontor, Armada Music, Ladies and Gentlemen Berlin, House Music With Love, and Swedish Brandy.

He has also remixed artists such as Larse, Lisa Shaw, Phonique, Stee Downes, and The Lazarusman, and his music has gained support from artists including Black Coffee and Adriatique.

That context matters because “My Saviour” feels very connected to the part of Urmet’s catalog that is built around feeling rather than flash. It has the pacing and shape for club use, but the writing is clearly trying to reach a more personal place.
