Jamstik has announced a new midi guitar, the Studio.
The MIDI-capable guitar is designed to allow producers / guitarists to make music seamlessly with apps and DAWs.
The Studio edition comes with 24 frets with standard 25.5″ scale-length, but is only three quarters the length of a normal guitar because of its headless design and minimal body.
It can track MIDI and record audio at the same time with dual electric-MIDI capabilities. Jamstik provides a VST for the guitar with sounds designed for the guitar. The Studio comes with Bluetooth wireless connection, USB-C and a 3.5mm TRS-MIDI Out Option.
It will cost $799. The pre-order will be available soon and you can sign up for a waiting list here.
