It’s the result of a break from routine, as the artist took “five days solo with a Prophet 12 in the bush, just walking around and recording ideas. The main tense stab in Vale was one of the first ideas I recorded the next day. If you listen closely, you can hear the generator of the tiny home cycling in the take.”
