Celebrated Netherlands-based producer, composer, and instrumentalist Vincent Rooijers, popularly known as DROELOE, has launched his keenly awaited indie-electronic album titled ‘The Art of Change.’ This release is particularly noteworthy as it marks DROELOE’s debut solo album since he parted ways with his previous artistic collaborator, Hein Hamers. Five singles from this album have already made a splash, garnering over 2.65 million streams since May.

Teaming up with acclaimed artist Funi, the album also presents a visual exploration with fifteen unique 360-degree animated ‘worlds’ complementing each track. DROELOE elucidates, “This album symbolizes ideas pivotal to my evolution. Converting these concepts into songs and symbolic places is an artistic pursuit and my commitment to self-growth.”

Art lovers are in for a treat as ‘The Art of Change’ offers more than just auditory pleasure. The album is available in a deluxe double vinyl format, adorned in yellow and black vinyl within a stylish gatefold jacket. Furthermore, the acoustic journey ‘The Art of Change’ takes listeners on is profoundly personal and transformative. Rooijers uses recorded voice memos as a ‘feedback loop,’ allowing for a poignant dialogue between his past, present, and anticipated future selves. He incorporates fragments from audio tapes and journal entries, creating an evocative soundscape that chronicles his growth over time.
