This lead single serves as a celebration of their upcoming 9-track LP, which combines the duos love of all things electronica and hip-hop. The production has a gorgeous simplicity to it, with an undeniable groove throughout.

The accompanying music video for “AZ” takes viewers on a hallucinogenic journey, directed by French filmmaker Pablo Padovani, known as Moodoid. If you’ve been a fan of Ninja Tunes music videos over the years, this is equally as trip-enducing, weird and unique.
Set against the backdrop of the Sahara desert, the video showcases Paco and Simon of Superparka wandering through the vast landscapes, encountering mystical ancient creatures and a goat that transforms into a CD. The band state in the press release, that the video showcases the process of creating the album. Take from that what you will but either way, it’s a sensory journey for the eyes and the ears ahead of what could be a gem of an album.
