Hailing from the prime music hub of Los Angeles, Dea Magna is rapidly expanding her influence in the melodic house and techno scenes. Having started her musical journey at only six years old when she took up piano, Dea has dedicated more than a decade to cultivating her signature sound. In addition to putting out hypnotic releases on TurnItUp Muzik, Soave Records, and other revered imprints, Dea has showcased her mixing abilities at some of the finest venues, from Academy LA to Catch One.

Now, Dea has joined forces with the renowned artist, Eric Sharpto once again exemplify her enchanting sound design. These two masterful producers have also called upon singer Pierre Stemmet to play a crucial role in their collaborative single, “Red Room”.

“‘Red Room’ was inspired by dance music culture. We wanted to make a song that evokes positive and uplifting emotions, that celebrates love and freedom from the mind. ‘Red Room’ is a place full of strobe lights and laser beams, where bass pulses through your body, and you can’t help but dance. Where the feelings that consume you are feelings of peace and happiness. It also in a way honors the return of such spaces into our lives after we lost them for a while.”

Released on Sirup Records, “Red Room” opens with an invigorating kick drum-fueled bassline, showered with cymbals and snares. Dea and Eric methodically introduce hypnotic synths as the song progresses, before Pierre’s riveting vocals take center stage. Welding melodic techno with trance-inducing effects, “Red Room” is destined for warehouse raves and mystifying visuals, radiating Afterlife vibes. As Dea mentions, the track provokes all sorts of powerful emotions and energy levels within its audience.

Highlighting the raw talent and creativity of Dea, Eric, and Pierre, “Red Room” is a beacon for the realm of melodic techno. It signals Dea’s bright future ahead as she has plenty of more thrilling collabs in the works.
