Vintage gear is in right now, especially with synths and drum machines. Old grand pianos have always have remained one of the more prized possessions in music, especially when they are the right brand and age. However, if they don’t work, Houston, we have a problem. Ukrainian band Brunettes Shoot Blondes decided to make something of an old, broken grand piano and it is pretty fantastic.
The band transformed a broken vintage grand piano into an a hybrid music machine that has 20 instruments on it. They play all of the instruments with various pedals and devices. The pair use these various devices to play drum-like instruments and even the cello, violin and organ.
