Junip is Gothenburg, Sweden-based rock trio consisting of Elias Araya (drums), José González (guitar, vocals), and Tobias Winterkorn (organ, moog). The band’s debut record Fields was released almost a year ago today. If you haven’t heard it, go grab it.
Junip was holding a video contest in conjunction with Moog for the single “Without You” and has now selected a winner for said contest. The winning video was done by a film company called co-DEPENDENCYfilm and was shot in Albuquerque, NM on 16mm film. Tip of the hat to the crew for a pretty great video.
In addition to the glory of being selected winner, co-DEPENDENCYfilm will score a Moogerfooger hand crafted effects box. Can’t complain about that.
