Insomniac has announced the full lineup for the third edition of EDSea, its five-night electronic music cruise, and the names alone make it clear why cabins sold out during the initial on-sale. From November 1–6, 2025, over 4,000 attendees will set sail from Miami to Harvest Caye, Belize, for a floating festival experience headlined by Disclosure, Loud Luxury, Jamie Jones, Sara Landry, and ISOxo.

For music fans and DJs alike, this is more than a festival at sea—it is a rare opportunity to step outside your usual surroundings and recharge in a way that can fuel your creativity for months. Between the ocean views, the overnight beach party in Belize, and eight stages stretched across 15 decks of the Norwegian Joy, this is one of those events that can shake up how you approach music entirely.

Why EDSea Could Be a Generator for Inspiration

The creative benefits of getting outside your regular environment are hard to ignore. If you’ve ever felt stuck in the studio, it is often because the setting never changes. Events like EDSea break that cycle by throwing you into an entirely different context—one where the sound of the sea and a schedule built around music can shift how you hear and feel about what you play.

EDSea is not just about the big names, though Disclosure and Jamie Jones will undoubtedly deliver high-level sets. The lineup is packed with artists who thrive in unique settings, from Sara Landry’s hard techno intensity to LP Giobbi’s piano-driven house and Liquid Stranger’s bass-heavy unpredictability. Even if you’re there as a fan, watching these sets with a backdrop of open water could change how you think about your own approach to music.

And if you happen to be the type who wants to bring gear along, the ship’s combination of cabins, lounges, and off-grid destinations could make for the ultimate portable DJ environment. From after-hours cabin sessions to impromptu renegade parties on deck, there are few places better equipped to reframe what it means to play music for a crowd.

While EDSea initially sold out during its 2025 on-sale, cabins can become available in the months leading up to sailing through the First Available Program. Learn more about stateroom pricing and availability here.

A Floating Playground for DJs and Dance Fans

Outside the music itself, EDSea is designed to be more than a festival crammed onto a boat. Insomniac has mapped out eight unique stages, each with its own look and feel, from the open-air poolside main stage kineticOCEAN to the late-night intensity of raveCAVE and the glowing sunrise sets at neonSPLASH.

When you are not on the dance floor, the ship’s amenities read like a list of creative downtime options: 11 dining venues, themed bars, a two-level go-kart track, interactive gaming, waterslides, spas, and even the return of kandiCASINO—a playful nod to festival culture. The mix of high-energy music and built-in escapes makes it easier to reset between sets and return to the music with fresh ears.

Cabins sold out quickly during the initial sale, but availability can change through Insomniac’s First Available Program as the sailing date approaches. For DJs and producers who thrive on inspiration, this is not simply another event—it is an environment built to recharge you in ways a typical festival cannot.
