Italian Musician and Composer Luca Guercio has captivated European audiences, from small neighborhood performances to touring shows. Growing up playing various genres, Guercio began his musical journey with the trumpet, inspired by jazz legends like Chet Baker and Miles Davis. But his love for writing music led him to pick up the guitar, and he eventually fell in love with rock music. Today, Guercio combines his passion for writing and performing, working as a composer for soundtracks and performing his tracks while touring with the rock band Meganoidi.
Guercio values the importance of quality, reliability, and versatility in his musical equipment, as he dedicates the same qualities to his craft. While on tour with Meganoidi, he discovered the KRK GoAux 4 Portable Monitor System, which he found ideal for working on the road with limited equipment. The portability and high-quality sound of the GoAux 4 monitors make them a game-changer for me,” he explains. “I can work in so many different places that were never an option before GoAux, and I’m now able to manage my time better.”

During his tour with Meganoidi, Guercio used the GoAux 4 monitors to work on new songs for the band, as well as compositions for the soundtracks of the upcoming audiobook “Come Il Leone e la Farfalla” and the documentary “Wine On Tour,” which will be distributed soon on Amazon Prime. He praises the GoAux 4 monitors for consistently excellent sound quality, making them a reliable choice no matter the location, and their Bluetooth® function allows him to use them in any situation.
Though new to working with KRK, Guercio has long been familiar with a KRK studio monitor’s iconic yellow and black look. “I’ve always liked the look and sound of the yellow speakers when I went to recording studios,” he shares. “Now that I have my own production space, I’m happy to have the same sound quality with the KRK GoAux, which has made it possible for me to be much more precise when working on the road.”
As Guercio looks to the future and plans his next projects, he hopes to continue using the GoAux in his workflow, both on and off the road. “I think many of my future projects will benefit from the high-quality sound and portability of the GoAux 4,” he says. “Compared to other brands I’ve tried, KRK offers a great balance of quality and value.”
