AIAIAI has announced a new collaboration with Grammy-nominated artist, producer, and creative visionary Dev Hynes, known worldwide as Blood Orange. The partnership introduces a limited edition collection featuring reimagined versions of AIAIAI’s Tracks and TMA-2 Wireless headphones. The products, designed and directed by Hynes, will be available globally on October 30, 2025, through AIAIAI’s website, Blood Orange’s online store, and select retailers.
Creative Collaboration and Artist Series Launch
This release marks the beginning of AIAIAI’s new Artist Series, an initiative inviting artists to design and creatively direct limited edition versions of its core products. For AIAIAI, the collaboration with Blood Orange serves as the perfect launch point, blending music and design through Hynes’ multidisciplinary background.
Frederik Jørgensen, founder of AIAIAI, described the project as a milestone for the brand. “We’ve admired Dev’s work for years and were proud to see him using AIAIAI products long before this collaboration. His sense of style and creative depth perfectly align with what we aim to achieve through the Artist Series.”
Hynes’ personal connection to headphone listening informed much of his design approach. “I only ever want to work on products that I actually use,” he explained. “I make Blood Orange music with the hope that it will be listened to through headphones, which is part of what makes working with AIAIAI so exciting to me.”
Reimagining Two Iconic Models
The limited edition line includes reinterpreted versions of two of AIAIAI’s most recognizable products.
Tracks – A minimal, supra-aural design recognized for its iconic shape and full-spectrum sound, the Tracks headphones include 40mm speaker drivers, an aluminum brace with adjustable ear cups, and refined visual details aligned with Blood Orange’s creative direction. Retail price: €70 / $70.
TMA-2 Wireless – A modular, over-ear Bluetooth headphone system offering high isolation and over 40 hours of playback. Built with comfort-focused PU leather cushions and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, the TMA-2 remains one of AIAIAI’s most acclaimed models. Retail price: €220 / $220.
Both models reflect subtle design cues inspired by Blood Orange’s visual style, emphasizing functionality, timelessness, and collectibility.
Expanding a Legacy of Collaboration

For AIAIAI, the partnership builds on a long history of working with artists, producers, and cultural institutions including Ninja Tune, Stones Throw, Richie Hawtin, COLORS, and Brain Dead. The Blood Orange collaboration reaffirms the company’s mission to create audio tools that serve both creative professionals and everyday listeners while maintaining a responsible, long-lasting design ethos.
Devonté Hynes continues to shape contemporary music across multiple disciplines, from his five studio albums as Blood Orange to film scores and production work for artists such as FKA Twigs, Sky Ferreira, and Mariah Carey. His collaborations with Solange, Debbie Harry, and A$AP Rocky highlight his range as both a musician and visual creator.
The AIAIAI x Blood Orange limited edition collection will be available October 30, 2025, at aiaiai.audio, bloodorange.net, and select global retailers.
