Having teased other collabs with VOYD and Blanke back in November, Rezz promises to defy the limits of genre in 2024. “Black Ice” is evidence of her claim, weaving elements of wobbly synths, bass house, and grimy dubstep into a double-time rhythm.
Microworlds (Chmura Remix) – CloZee [Odyzey Music]
Wrapped in a very mysterious and mind-bending persona, Chmura has truly carved out his sound in the underworld of bass music. He somehow manages to fuse cinematic melodies and lush harmonies with deep wubs and gritty sound design, forging a psychedelic auditory experience for his listeners.

This song has it all, from hype profanity vocal phrases to crisp claps and space-esque progressions of dubstep.
Mirrors – Dreamers Delight [Nettwerk Music Group]
Reed Krafft, the mind behind Dreamers Delight, is more than just a gifted artist; he is also a sonic explorer and visionary. The Denver-based producer has dove into 2024 with his otherworldly sophomore album, The Observatory. “Mirrors” is a spellbinding melting pot of downtempo, bass drops, and funk, but it is far from the only highlight. It is highly recommended that you listen to this project in its entirety to truly appreciate the incredible Dreamers Delight project.
Recurring Dreams (Lowcation Remix) – Josh Teed [Gravitas]
Multi-instrumentalist, DJ, and producer Josh Teed recently unleashed the remix album for his celebrated Recurring Dreams LP. Known for his blend of organic beats, natural atmospherics, and low-frequency energy, Lowcation’s music is consistently rich and powerful, especially in this new remix.
Savage Cult – Blankface, Dack Janiels [40oz Cult]
Born in the bay area of Northern California, Dack Janiels welds rap, dubstep, street skating, and other influences into his signature sound. End Is Here – Jkyl & Hyde, JiLLi [Create Music Group]
Uniting for a dark and twisted journey through sound, DJ-producer Jkyl & Hyde links up with talented vocalist JiLLi on “End Is Here.” The tune starts with a cryptic PA system-sounding line, followed by tantalizing lyrics from JiLLi. It intensifies as Jkyl & Hyde takes us to a nightmarish destination, mixing fear and excitement for what’s to come next. This song is accompanied by a riveting visualizer as well.
ONE – AlienPark [Bassrush]
Another piece of Bassrush’s joint album, AlienPark brings a scorching array of heavy builds and drops in “ONE.” Born and raised in the Republic of Venezuela, AlienPark is making waves with his hard-hitting originals and chaotic sequences of riddim. A veteran in electronic music, Artifakts stems from the mind of Wisconsin-born Garret Meyer, who has been putting out eclectic tracks since 2011. Keep an eye out for him as he continues to deliver intricate soundscapes in his work.
How to Train a Dragon – Mystic Grizzly [Self Release]
Mystic Grizzly’s “How to Train a Dragon” is equal parts beauty and heavy, visual and sonic. The track’s cover art depicts a majestic dragon surrounded by a misty backdrop and large pink trees. Just as alluring, the song incorporates sounds from ancient Asian culture. These sounds are woven together with a captivating vocal sample and psychedelic wubs.
Teeth – SVDDEN DEATH, Bejalvin [VOYD / Create Music Group]
Closing out this month’s chart is a destructive and hell-raising culmination of riddim from SVDDEN DEATH’s long-awaited Harbinger album. Of the 10 tracks, “Teeth” is arguably the most volatile and colossal. This opening song with Bejalvin is guaranteed to break some rails.

Raised in upstate New York, I was always a big fan of music but never really listened to electronic music. Within the first month of attending Florida State University and meeting some new friends, I was introduced to the rave scene. After seeing Ekali at my first show, I was instantly hooked. Since then, I have dived into every subgenre of electronic music, picked up DJing, and mixed for clubs and different entertainment events in Tallahassee. Once graduating with degrees in marketing and hospitality, I was hired for a sales position. However, I recently decided to leave my sales job to pursue my dream of working in the music industry. Currently, I run Magnetic Magazine's Melodic Techno Charts, along with my role as a PR and marketing specialist for different artists and labels. Some of my favorite artists are REZZ, Kyle Watson, TOBEHONEST, San Pacho, Josh Baker, HUGEL, ARTBAT, Vintage Culture, Ganja White Night, CamelPhat, Green Velvet, Jungle, Milky Chance, Paco Versailles, Franc Moody, and RÜFUS DU SOL. My favorite festivals are Hulaween (by far), EDC Orlando, and all the different venues during Miami Music Week. Outside of music, I love sports (especially hockey, soccer, tennis, basketball, and spike ball), going to the movies, working out, sushi, Chick-fil-A, food in general, and hanging with my dog Maui and my cat Loki. Feel free to reach out to me via my email or on IG, I love expanding my network of friends and business opportunities!
