A single electronic track often has to serve two very different settings. The streaming version needs to hold attention through headphones and everyday listening, while the club version needs an arrangement that gives DJs enough room to mix and lets the main sections function on a larger system. blooom⋮ is building its entire label structure around that split.

Founded by BLR, Amber Revival, and Soave Records, blooom⋮ launches on June 26 with “Breathless.” Every release can receive an AM version focused on listening and a PM version built for DJ sets and live performance. The label treats the two versions as equal releases, giving artists room to shape the same song around separate use cases without placing one mix below the other.

Why blooom⋮ Is Releasing AM and PM Versions of the Same Track

The AM and PM format addresses a common problem in electronic music. A concise, song-led mix can work well on streaming platforms, yet the same structure may leave a DJ with little room to blend the track into a set. A longer club arrangement can solve that issue, though it may ask too much from listeners outside a performance setting.

blooom⋮ gives each format a defined purpose from the start.

The AM version can place greater attention on emotional writing and direct listening, while the PM version can support club sequencing, longer transitions, and live use. The format also gives listeners a choice without presenting the DJ mix as an afterthought.

That structure could help artists who write in the trance, progressive house, and melodic house and techno genres. These styles often depend on gradual development within a club, yet the central melody or vocal idea may connect more quickly in a shorter format.

“Breathless” Introduces the Label Through Trance and Progressive House

BLR and Amber Revival open the catalog with “Breathless,” a melodic electronic track that has already appeared during performances at Luminosity and A State of Trance Rotterdam. Its genre references include trance, progressive house, and melodic house and techno, which places it close to the overlap bloom⋮ plans to explore.

The release is a practical first example of the label’s concept, as the same central song can be heard in both a listening-focused mix and a podium version prepared for performance. Listeners can begin with the AM mix, while DJs have a version shaped around set placement.

Amber Revival has worked in this area before. Magnetic’s coverage of their collaboration with Heløwed on “If You Only Knew” gives further context for the duo’s position between melodic songwriting and trance-focused production.

Soave Records Gives blooom⋮ an Existing Label Network

Soave Records joins the project as an operating partner, contributing release experience, infrastructure, and audience development. BLR and Amber Revival will lead the music and creative direction, while Soave supports the systems required to develop the label and its community.

That division gives blooom⋮ a practical foundation at launch.

Starting a label requires consistent delivery across distribution, marketing, brand development, and artist communication. Magnetic’s earlier profile of Soave Records and its growth as an independent platform offers further detail on the company’s approach to building labels and artist communities.

The first releases will come from BLR and Amber Revival, with plans to add outside artists who share the same interest in emotionally focused electronic music. Several established names have already expressed interest, though no additional roster members have been announced.

“Breathless” launches blooom⋮ today (on June 26, 2026), with separate AM and PM versions which you can listen to above. The release begins a catalog centered on emotional electronic music, visual direction, and songs designed for personal listening and club use.
