Groove Cruise is charting a bold new chapter in its twenty-two-year legacy with the announcement of its 2027 voyage, setting sail January 21st to 25th on Royal Caribbean’s newly renovated Allure of the Seas. Marking the 39th sailing of the world’s largest floating music festival, GC27 will take captains to an entirely new destination: the Royal Beach Club on Paradise Island, a private, beachfront oasis that will be reserved exclusively for the #GCFAM throughout the experience.

The Royal Beach Club, incoming to Paradise Island this year, represents one of the most ambitious beach destinations ever built by Royal Caribbean. Groove Cruise will be among the very first chartered groups to take it over in full. Anchored by the Floating Flamingo, the world’s largest swim-up bar, the club features multiple pools, curated celebration zones, local island flavors, and private beach areas designed for both relaxation and revelry. It is a destination crafted for connection, and for GC27, it becomes the heart of a transformational journey at sea.

More than a festival, Groove Cruise has become a life-changing movement. With back-to-back sellouts and a global community that describes the experience as a family reunion, the event blends music, adventure, and self-discovery into something far deeper. Over one hundred weddings and proposals have taken place onboard, and thousands of new friendships and creative partnerships have begun on deck. GC27 expands on this ethos with the next evolution of The Groove Effect and its guiding framework, the 8 Waves, a roadmap that encourages captains to elevate their frequency, break comfort zones, spark impact, and step into the infinite.

Founder and Chief Excitement Officer Jason Beukema reflects on the journey, sharing that Groove Cruise has grown into “a global family” and a place where people reconnect with themselves. He describes GC27 as a step into “a deeper purpose, a higher frequency, and a new era of the Groove Effect,” promising that those who arrive with an open heart will leave forever changed.

Departing from Miami, the 2027 sailing delivers 96 hours of nonstop music and programming across 13 stages, featuring world-renowned artists, themed parties, artist-hosted events, mental health panels, destination celebrations, and the Whet Foundation volunteer experience. Allure of the Seas, freshly amplified through a $100 million renovation, brings resort-style pools, new bars and lounges, and the massive Ultimate Abyss slide to the GC experience. As part of the world’s largest cruise ship class, it stands as the most advanced ship to ever host Groove Cruise.

With Groove Cruise Miami 2026 already sold out, captains can secure their GC27 spot now with limited $99 priority presale deposits. As the event enters a new era of connection, creativity, and global community, Groove Cruise 2027 is poised to be its most transformative chapter yet.

Raised in upstate New York, I was always a big fan of music but never really listened to electronic music. Within the first month of attending Florida State University and meeting some new friends, I was introduced to the rave scene. After seeing Ekali at my first show, I was instantly hooked. Since then, I have dived into every subgenre of electronic music, picked up DJing, and mixed for clubs and different entertainment events in Tallahassee. Once graduating with degrees in marketing and hospitality, I was hired for a sales position. However, I recently decided to leave my sales job to pursue my dream of working in the music industry. Currently, I run Magnetic Magazine's Melodic Techno Charts, along with my role as a PR and marketing specialist for different artists and labels. Some of my favorite artists are REZZ, Kyle Watson, TOBEHONEST, San Pacho, Josh Baker, HUGEL, ARTBAT, Vintage Culture, Ganja White Night, CamelPhat, Green Velvet, Jungle, Milky Chance, Paco Versailles, Franc Moody, and RÜFUS DU SOL. My favorite festivals are Hulaween (by far), EDC Orlando, and all the different venues during Miami Music Week. Outside of music, I love sports (especially hockey, soccer, tennis, basketball, and spike ball), going to the movies, working out, sushi, Chick-fil-A, food in general, and hanging with my dog Maui and my cat Loki. Feel free to reach out to me via my email or on IG, I love expanding my network of friends and business opportunities!
