biskuwi has returned with a striking new collaboration, this time alongside rising techno superstar Andrea Botez and renowned vocalist Sarah de Warren. Their latest single, “Going Under,” brings a cinematic and emotionally intense take its surrounding genre, released in recognition of Transgender Day of Visibility.
The track slowly pulls listeners into a brooding soundscape, led by de Warren’s raw vocal delivery. Anchored by a pulsing rhythm and wrapped in reverb-heavy textures, “Going Under” embraces emotional weight through its minor-key arrangement and carefully sculpted production. The energy balances restraint with release, giving the track a layered structure that allows each element to evolve and breathe.
According to biskuwi, the moment they heard Sarah de Warren’s vocal take, the creative direction of the track shifted completely. What started as a simple production turned into a deeper emotional project. She shared that the darkness and vulnerability in the vocals inspired them to match the tone sonically, pushing the instrumental into heavier and more melancholic territory. The collaborative process led to a track that feels both personal and powerful.
Andrea Botez described the collaboration as a meaningful step in her journey as an artist. “This song is a really special one for me,” she said. “It is the second track I have ever made and I am so proud to release it with such talented creatives. I loved exploring a darker, more emotional sound than I am used to — and Sarah’s voice brings it to another level.”
With its blend of introspection, tension, and emotional release, “Going Under” adds a thoughtful and resonant chapter to each artist’s growing discography while underscoring the deeper themes of identity and connection behind the collaboration.

Raised in upstate New York, I was always a big fan of music but never really listened to electronic music. Within the first month of attending Florida State University and meeting some new friends, I was introduced to the rave scene. After seeing Ekali at my first show, I was instantly hooked. Since then, I have dived into every subgenre of electronic music, picked up DJing, and mixed for clubs and different entertainment events in Tallahassee. Once graduating with degrees in marketing and hospitality, I was hired for a sales position. However, I recently decided to leave my sales job to pursue my dream of working in the music industry. Currently, I run Magnetic Magazine's Melodic Techno Charts, along with my role as a PR and marketing specialist for different artists and labels. Some of my favorite artists are REZZ, Kyle Watson, TOBEHONEST, San Pacho, Josh Baker, HUGEL, ARTBAT, Vintage Culture, Ganja White Night, CamelPhat, Green Velvet, Jungle, Milky Chance, Paco Versailles, Franc Moody, and RÜFUS DU SOL. My favorite festivals are Hulaween (by far), EDC Orlando, and all the different venues during Miami Music Week. Outside of music, I love sports (especially hockey, soccer, tennis, basketball, and spike ball), going to the movies, working out, sushi, Chick-fil-A, food in general, and hanging with my dog Maui and my cat Loki. Feel free to reach out to me via my email or on IG, I love expanding my network of friends and business opportunities!
