Dubstep FBI’s new label, Beat Intelligence Network (BIN), has officially arrived, and its first release sets the bar high. Versa’s Another Yoi Song EP, featuring both the original and an amped-up VIP mix, introduces the label’s mission to push innovative underground bass music.
As an artist known for high-intensity productions and energetic performances, Versa’s latest project aligns perfectly with BIN’s goal of spotlighting forward-thinking dubstep.
The Another Yoi Song concept originated from Versa’s fascination with yoi bass, a signature sound in drum and bass and dubstep. His goal was to create a track where multiple yoi bass layers interact in harmony, crafting a melody out of the signature vocal-like sound.
After testing the track live, he felt it needed an even more powerful rendition, leading to the VIP version, which delivers an even heavier punch.
“I have always wanted to make a track that sounds like a chorus of yoi basses singing together,” Versa shared. “The VIP was inspired by the reaction the original received at shows—it felt like it needed to hit even harder.”
Versa’s reputation has been steadily growing, with performances at major festivals like Rampage Open Air, EDC Mexico, and Forbidden Kingdom. The “Another Yoi Song VIP” gained traction after he debuted it during a high-energy back-to-back set with FuntCase at Lost Lands, making it one of his most anticipated releases.
With BIN now making waves, Another Yoi Song EP serves as a powerful introduction to the label’s future. This debut showcases exactly the kind of raw, cutting-edge bass music that BIN aims to champion.

Raised in upstate New York, I was always a big fan of music but never really listened to electronic music. Within the first month of attending Florida State University and meeting some new friends, I was introduced to the rave scene. After seeing Ekali at my first show, I was instantly hooked. Since then, I have dived into every subgenre of electronic music, picked up DJing, and mixed for clubs and different entertainment events in Tallahassee. Once graduating with degrees in marketing and hospitality, I was hired for a sales position. However, I recently decided to leave my sales job to pursue my dream of working in the music industry. Currently, I run Magnetic Magazine's Melodic Techno Charts, along with my role as a PR and marketing specialist for different artists and labels. Some of my favorite artists are REZZ, Kyle Watson, TOBEHONEST, San Pacho, Josh Baker, HUGEL, ARTBAT, Vintage Culture, Ganja White Night, CamelPhat, Green Velvet, Jungle, Milky Chance, Paco Versailles, Franc Moody, and RÜFUS DU SOL. My favorite festivals are Hulaween (by far), EDC Orlando, and all the different venues during Miami Music Week. Outside of music, I love sports (especially hockey, soccer, tennis, basketball, and spike ball), going to the movies, working out, sushi, Chick-fil-A, food in general, and hanging with my dog Maui and my cat Loki. Feel free to reach out to me via my email or on IG, I love expanding my network of friends and business opportunities!
