In just under one month from now, Amelie Lens will unleash the fourth annual V.A. comp for her EXHALE imprint. One she’s rarely used since she dropped the very first compilation at the end of 2020. So for those of us that appreciate her vibe, and of course, her sound, this will be a delectable, techno treat. But first, the appetizer.
AIROD’s tune “Nemesis” is available now for your streaming delight. The Parisian producer has already been featured four different times on Amelie’s other imprint and here he’s signed on for track #1 honors.
Fourteen other tracks fill up the compilation and while you might consider that a crowded field, one look at the track-listing will have you thinking otherwise. Another Lenske regular, Farrago, along with Part Time Killer chip in with a fast-paced, forward-thinking one worthy of your cerebral ear. Then there’s Moments In Time boss, Rudosa, along with Blicz who turn in their own heady tune which expectedly goes a bit harder than most. Except maybe, DLV, whose massive banger, “Der Pakt” was already teased as the closing tune of his Boiler Room set nearly a year ago.
In hard-trance fashion, you’ll find “Euphoric Expression” by Nineted as well as “The Future Is Matriarchy” by Chemtrailz.
Other massive ones worthy of notable mention include, “LSD Reaction” by Joey Risdon, “Looking Glass” by Tigerhead, and a personal favorite that relies heavy on the 303, “Future Energy” by Vizionn.
