The prominent Netherlands grime producer known as JLSXND7RS has finally decided to release his debut record on his new label Dark Knight. Having collaborated in the past with the likes of Wiley, Footsie, Rocks Foe, Discarda and more, its evident that JLSXND7RS takes his craft very seriously.

He’s teased certain aspects of the label and DK001 over the past few months, but finally, the time is here. With plenty of releases in the pipeline, Dark Knight is definitely a label you need to watch out for.
For DK001 he roped in both CASPA & Jook to remix his 2016 instrumental “Marching.” We were given the chance to premiere the remix from CASPA which you can listen to below:
JLSXND7RS: Marching (CASPA Remix) [DK001]
The original track from JLSXND7RS is instantly recognizable — it’s a pacy, energetic, skippy production, taking influence from both old-style grime and the new age sounds that you hear within grime today. CASPA has completely flipped the track into a swampy, dubstep anthem, peeling the production back to its raw element’s and bridging the gap between both genres seamlessly. This entire release drops November 29, just as CASPA’s residency begins at The Black Box in Denver — tickets available here. Huge remix from the dubstep don CASPA. The lineup for his residency is below:

JLSXND7RS – Marching (Jook Remix) [DK001]:
Jook’s interpretation of “Marching” is completely different to CASPA’s, he’s flipped it into a sub-heavy, cinematic, rolling grime riddim, stripping away the urgency and putting more emphasis on the strings & percussive elements within the track. Killer remix from the Sector 7 signee, Jook.
DK001 is scheduled for release via both digital and vinyl formats on November 29, 2019, Pre-orders go up on November 15. Don’t sleep on this one.
