Rising drum and bass force [IVY] returns with one of her most compelling records to date, teaming up with vocalist Adalaide Adams for “Devotion,” a track that fuses nostalgia, emotional songwriting, and high-energy dancefloor power. Out now on Monstercat, the single adds another standout chapter to [IVY]’s fast-accelerating global momentum as she continues shaping the next wave of the genre.
“Devotion” wastes no time building atmosphere, opening with a swirl of icy pads and Adalaide’s ethereal top line. The track moves with intention, pulling listeners into a cinematic rise before collapsing into a heavy drum and bass drop driven by punchy percussion and a pulsing low end. The contrast between Adalaide’s soaring vocal performance and [IVY]’s razor-sharp production creates a dynamic push and pull that gives the track both emotional depth and explosive energy. It is a record built for peak festival moments while still holding onto the intimate storytelling that defines great vocal DnB.
[IVY] notes that the single was rooted in her love for old-school rave textures and the euphoric spirit of early trance. Throughout this release cycle, she has emphasized her goal of bridging nostalgia and modern production, a vision that “Devotion” captures with striking clarity. After road-testing the track throughout the summer, she watched it become one of her strongest crowd reactions of the year, further solidifying its role as a key addition to her catalog.
The release crowns a milestone year for [IVY], following major records such as “To The Limit,” “Flow,” and her collaboration “Can’t Love Me” with A Little Sound. Her touring schedule has been equally relentless, with recent runs across New Zealand and Australia supporting drum and bass legend Andy C. Through 2025 she has continued expanding across the UK, Europe, and Asia, with appearances at Butlins, Forge, Beaverworks, Tilburg, Creamfields Thailand, and Maassilo.
This year also marks the introduction of her new alias [SAFYRE], a project dedicated to exploring her techno foundation. The first release under the new name reimagined the Black Eyed Peas’ “Rock That Body” into a trance-driven club weapon, signaling an exciting new dimension to her artistry.
Born in rural Brittany, [IVY] has risen from underground promise to global recognition, performing at festivals like EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, Glastonbury, and Boomtown. Adalaide Adams continues to elevate her profile as one of electronic music’s most expressive vocalists, adding emotional weight to every collaboration.
With “Devotion,” both artists deliver a powerful statement piece that blends emotion, nostalgia, and dancefloor intensity into a single unforgettable moment.

Raised in upstate New York, I was always a big fan of music but never really listened to electronic music. Within the first month of attending Florida State University and meeting some new friends, I was introduced to the rave scene. After seeing Ekali at my first show, I was instantly hooked. Since then, I have dived into every subgenre of electronic music, picked up DJing, and mixed for clubs and different entertainment events in Tallahassee. Once graduating with degrees in marketing and hospitality, I was hired for a sales position. However, I recently decided to leave my sales job to pursue my dream of working in the music industry. Currently, I run Magnetic Magazine's Melodic Techno Charts, along with my role as a PR and marketing specialist for different artists and labels. Some of my favorite artists are REZZ, Kyle Watson, TOBEHONEST, San Pacho, Josh Baker, HUGEL, ARTBAT, Vintage Culture, Ganja White Night, CamelPhat, Green Velvet, Jungle, Milky Chance, Paco Versailles, Franc Moody, and RÜFUS DU SOL. My favorite festivals are Hulaween (by far), EDC Orlando, and all the different venues during Miami Music Week. Outside of music, I love sports (especially hockey, soccer, tennis, basketball, and spike ball), going to the movies, working out, sushi, Chick-fil-A, food in general, and hanging with my dog Maui and my cat Loki. Feel free to reach out to me via my email or on IG, I love expanding my network of friends and business opportunities!
